14. Dispute resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting [email protected] and allowing 30 days for a response. If not resolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a class or representative action, except where prohibited by law. You and Sisal Deals each waive the right to a jury trial.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top and, when appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
